The Client Challenge
This was the development of Tigne point in Malta over a 10year period. We were involved the 1st stage to assist in getting the project management structure and the construction phasing of the development in place. Which provided a solid foundation from which the project could be grow and evolve in to the spectacular development we see today.
Our Solution
With our experience and knowledge, we were able to pass this on to the Maltese team. So they had the tools and structure to manage the project in-house.
